I guarantee this puppy to be healthy at time of purchase. Before leaving my home, this puppy will be vaccinated against Canine Distemper, Adenovirus Type-2, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus on _________________________. Said puppy was vet checked on _____________, see attached health certificate. Puppy was dewormed with Safeguard on ______________________________, dewormed with Marquis on _________________ . Ivomec on ______________for heartworm and flea prevention.


Patellar luxation is fairly common in small breeds. The rear kneecaps move in and out of its normal location causing limping and pain while it is out. My adults have been checked by my veterinarian and have tight knees. No patellar luxation was found.


I cannot guarantee exact hair color or length, weight or height, or personality at adulthood or anything that nature determins. This puppy has a one year genetic guarantee against lethal congenital defects. If puppy should die due to a genetic defect before it is one year of age, I will replace the puppy upon being provided a necropsy report from a licensed veterinarian, and is not obligated to replace puppy with exact gender, color, or pattern, but will do my best. No cash refunds.

1. Puppies should be fed a high quality puppy dry food until one year of age.

2. I have found my puppies will eat enough to satisfy their hunger. If not fed enough, puppies will gobble down their food eating too fast, consuming too much, and overeat. You may feed three times a day for crate training purposes. Small puppies cannot eat a lot at one feeding. Puppies not fed enough may develop HYPOGLYCEMIA. Your puppy is not guaranteed against this because it is preventable. I am supplying you with Nutri-Cal to give your puppy when you get home, after playtime, refusal to eat, and over-handling. Do not hesitate to offer your puppy Nutri-Cal after times of stress and play. It can be brought on by stress, (car ride, trip to the vet, illness, not eating enough often enough, playing and running without adequate rest).


Signs of hypoglycemia include weakness, confusion, may seem lifeless, tongue and gums may be pale gray or white in color, eyes closed or barely open; puppy may be cool to the touch, shivering, or trembling. Symptoms get worse until death occurs without immediate veterinary treatment.

3. Breeder is not responsible for veterinary expenses or shipping costs. No cash refunds.

4. Breeder will provide registration papers for said puppy when buyer remits proof of spay/neuter from a licensed veterinarian. Puppy must be spayed/neutered by 7 months of age to avoid marking of territory(spraying of urine).

5. This puppy is being adopted into a forever home. If you can no longer keep this puppy, it may be returned at seller's digression. Papers must be returned with puppy. No refunds will be given.

6. Puppy will need to be revaccinated between: _________and________. Your veterinarian will recommend a schedule for vaccinations.

7. Buyer is requested to isolate new puppy from other pets while not around and to allow the new puppy to get used to its new surroundings. Introduce dogs on neutral territory, such as outside the home and yard.
