A $100 deposit
is required to hold a kitten/puppy until ready to leave my home. First deposit equals first pick and so on. I will accept
a deposit on an upcoming litter. If the gender you're wanting is not available and another litter is not due, I will send
your deposit back or you can wait for the next litter. If a deposit is placed on a kitten/puppy already born and you then
change your mind, those deposits are non-refundable. Balance is due in cash only at kitten/puppy pick up. Deposits made be
made by check, cash, Paypal, Paypal credit card.

Kitten/puppy adoption
includes:
a vet check with health paper, current vaccinations, dewormed, and a one year genetic health guarantee. Kitten/puppy
care package is included. Registration paper is mailed after proof of spay/neuter is remitted to seller. All kittens/puppies
are to be spayed/neutered unless other arrangements have been made.
Kittens are negative for Feline Leukemia
and FIV. My cattery is negative for both.
Puppies should have tight knees. All of my adult dogs have no patellar luxation.
No fleas, ringworm,
or earmites!
Kittens/puppies are registered
CFA, ACA, APRI, AKC
Kittens are vaccinated against feline Rhinotracheitis, Calici Virus, Panleukopenia, and
Chlamydia Psittaci.
Puppies are vaccinated against canine Distemper, Adenovirus Type-2, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus.
Kittens use pine pellets
in the litter box. Puppies use training pads/newspaper, possibly outdoors.
This kitten/puppy has a one year guarantee against lethal genetic
or congenital defects. If kitten/puppy should die or have to be destroyed due to a genetic defect before it is one year old,
I will replace the kitten/puppy upon being provided a necropsy report from a licensed veterinarian, and is not obligated to
replace kitten/puppy with exact color or pattern, but will do my best when the next litter is available. No cash refunds.
I cannot guarantee
hair length, color or pattern, weight or height, personality, or anything else nature determines.
Kittens/puppies may be shipped at 10 weeks
of age. Shipping includes:
airline approved carrier with food and water dishes that you keep, required vet check and health certificate,
rabies vaccination if needed, the flight itself, and insurance. You pick up the same day I ship. All shipping and adoption
fees must be paid before kitten/puppy will be shipped.
